How do I update courses for my students? 🎓

As a key metric in your Career Center, the course allows you to target content to your students and to track their behaviour. 

To make sure that this information is always up-to-date, you have to add any new courses to your Career Center so that they can be selected by new users registering to the platform. 

If you haven’t already been contacted by our Support Team, it means that this can be done by yourself, and you can manage them through the module ‘courses’

If you are using the alumni course to separate your user groups, you might also need to push the correct course to your alumni, so their profile information is correct. In this article, we explain how to do this as a bulk action: 

How can I help my students and recruiters with their requests 💭

We know that the new academic year can be busy, and with a new cohort of first-time users on the platform, you might receive some questions.

Most questions can be answered by yourself without the need to contact the support team, which is why we invite you to familiarise yourself with the most common questions that can arise: 

We have also created a dedicated Help Center for students and recruiters. Please do not hesitate to share these with your users, as they will be likely to find the answer to their questions in there.

How do I manage my colleagues using the platform? 👤

In the case that your team changes (new colleagues arriving or some leaving), please note that you can add and remove colleagues yourself to the platform or change their access rights. In this article, we explain how to do that:
