Pilot the activity on your Career Center by establishing your statistical report (of the beginning of the school year, of the year, following an event...).
To measure the health of your Career Center, nothing easier, look at these three key indicators:
- Number of registrants: look at the evolution of the number of registrants from one year to the next and by period (be careful, you should never be satisfied with this only indicator, it is important that students continue to use the Career Center after their registration).
- User activity: if the number of active users drops from one year to the next and by period, it is imperative to act (multi-channel and multi-temporal communication & sharing of attractive content - offers, events, resources, company profiles - likely to interest your students).
- The number of applications: look at the number of applications that your students make from one year to the next and by period, both on public and exclusive offers.
