The apprenticeship recruitment period has begun, and there are many applicants for apprenticeships: you want to help these potential future students find a work-study or apprenticeship contract. Would you like to give them access to your Career Center to give them a helping hand? It's possible! We explain everything to you.
Regardless of the type of connection you have set up to access your Career Center, we recommend that you first check that your apprenticeship candidates will be in the various programs offered by the Career Center so that they can log into a program when they register.
If you wish to add a program, go to your Programs module and add one or more programs (Note that only super-administrators have access to the Programs module). This will allow apprentices to enrol in this programme, which will allow you to :
- target content (events, offers, articles) on this (these) programme(s)
- generate statistics on the programme(s)
Then choose the type of connection you would like your learning candidates to have, depending on the authentication system set up in your Career Center (see which of the three options below applies to you).
1. My Career Center has an open access
I can give my apprenticeship candidates access by simply providing them with the Career Center link to create an account.
It is possible that some people register on your Career Center but do not end up registering at your institution. In this case, we can of course delete these accounts (send your dedicated contact person the list of email addresses of accounts to be deleted once a year).
2. My students log in with an email address recognition (email of the @institution.fr type)
Scenario 1: Apprenticeship candidates already have an institutional email address, in the same format as my students
I can give my apprenticeship candidates access by simply providing them with the Career Center link to create an account.
Scenario 2: Apprenticeship candidates already have an institutional email address, in a different format from my students
I need to provide my JobTeaser contact with the email address format of my apprenticeship candidates so that they can access my Career Center. I can then give my apprenticeship candidates access by simply providing them with the Career Center link to create an account.
Scenario 3: Apprenticeship candidates do not yet have an institutional email address
I ask my JobTeaser contact to set my Career Center to free access for a given period (e.g. 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months). I can then give my apprenticeship candidates access to my Career Center by simply providing them with the Career Center link to create an account.
It is possible that some people register on your Career Center but do not end up registering at your school. In this case, we can of course delete these accounts (send your dedicated contact person the list of email addresses of accounts to be deleted once a year).
3. My students log in via SSO
Scenario 1: Apprenticeship candidates have login credentials via SSO
I can give my apprenticeship candidates access by simply providing them with the Career Center link to create an account.
Scenario 2: Apprenticeship candidates do not have SSO login credentials
The solution is to make the Career Center freely available to apprenticeship candidates via a specific link.
- Advantages: Speed of implementation
- Disadvantage: Graduates will have to use a different URL to access the Career Center: nameofyourschool.jobteaser.com/en/users/sign_in ("nameofyourschool" should be replaced by your domain name)
It is possible that some people register on your Career Center but do not end up registering at your institution. In this case, we can of course delete these accounts (send a list of the e-mail addresses of the accounts to be deleted to your dedicated contact person once a year).
