Career Explorer comes equipped with 40 hours of online training content (organized into 17 modules) that was co-developed by academic psychology researchers. The goal of this content is to help students get to know themselves better and can identify their aspirations and values, build confidence by recognizing their strengths, and find the career opportunity that’s right for them.
Administrators can view and complete the modules by clicking on the View button next to each module. Please note that these modules cannot be modified or hidden by administrators.
The structure of each module is the following:
- A theoretical introduction explaining the objectives and challenges of the module, as well as the scientific principles on which it is based
- An individual introspective and narrative exercise (in PDF format, to be downloaded and completed on a computer)
- A group exercise in which students must test/experiment and meet people (downloadable PDF format)
- A “Let's recap” section that includes:
- A quiz to reinforce the main points to remember
- Feedback on the usefulness and perceived satisfaction of the module
- Downloadable summary PDF with the key learnings of the module
- Additional resources for students who want to go further
- Bibliography of scientific resources used to write the module
- Authors of the modules
The content of the 17 modules is structured across 5 themes:
Students can freely navigate and complete the various ready-made career guidance modules, but administrators can enroll students in specific modules if they want to highlight them.
