Career Explorer provides robust reporting data on student adoption and completion rates of custom pathways and ready-made modules, as well as learning outcomes across different student cohorts.
In order to access data, go to the Statistics module of the Career Center, and click on the Career Explorer tab.
Track activity over time and students' progress
The dashboards includes 10+ interactive charts/data points and 15+ filters, allowing administrators to analyse:
- Active Engagement: Monthly active student users per study level, graduation year, campus, specific program.
- Completion & Performance: Progress indicators and completion rates per module.
- Granular Filtering: Filter reports by study level, graduation year, campus, specific program.
Note: data only includes users that are considered as “active learners”, meaning they are enrolled in a course, have logged-in and started at least one module.
- Started means that the student was enrolled in a module/course, and started it, but has not completed it yet.
- Completed means the student was enrolled in a module/course, and has completed it.
- Students that were enrolled in a module/course, but have not yet started it are not included in the data.
Exporting data
For institutional reporting, accreditation reviews, internal KPIs, or data warehousing in tools like PowerBI or Tableau, administrators can export raw CSV exports. These exports are designed to empower administrators to build their own custom dashboards and conduct in-depth analysis of Career Explorer’s performance. The exports available cover the following topics:
- Global report
- Enrolled students per module
- Progress tracking
- Students progress per block
- Track activity over time
- Track learners progress
We will show you how to access and export data. In the Career Explorer homepage, click on the button “Activity reports” in the top right.
You will then need to click the button to access the export platform:
Note: the export service is an external platform. administrators must have a dedicated user account to access this platform. If you do not have an account yet, please contact JobTeaser's Customer Experience team at support.careercenter@jobteaser.com.
Once you are logged into the export platform, please refer to this technical documentation to better exploit the data. Click on the “Career Explorer” section.
