The Jobs module provides a way to generate data from the jobs that are posted in your Career Center. The export functionality enables you to analyse and to process data, according to your own reporting needs. This article describes how you can use the export functionality, available as of August 2022.
How to generate an export?
As a first step, make sure that your filters are set in the right desired way. Your filters will be taken into account when generating an export.
As a next step, click on the "Export data" button to request an export.
As demonstrated above, several options are available to you:
- Start and end date: choose the creation dates of the jobs that you wish to export.
- Include jobs from all tabs: opt-in the checkbox to export all 4 tabs (Pending, Rejected, Published, Archived) or opt-out if you prefer to export only 1 selected tab.
-
Email address: fill in the recipient to which the download link of the export must be send.
Confirm your request.
The download link of the export will be send within 2 hours on average to the email address of the recipient. In case of high demand, please note that generating the export can take up to 48 hours.
The download link is valid for 72 hours, after receiving the data export.
The content of the export is translated as much as possible into the language of your Career Center interface. If you wish to receive it in another language, please change the language of your user interface.
