“Free Plan” Company Account:
A “Free Plan” Company Account allows to submit job vacancies in just a few clicks, manage applications and share job ads with selected Career Centers, making it a suitable option for one-off or short-term recruitment needs where employer branding or event organization is not required.
These ads are only visible in the Jobs module of your university back office-not in the Companies module.

📌 Annual Posting Limits:
“Free Plan” Companies can post the following number of job ads per year:

🚫 What Happens When the Limit is Reached?

“Free Plan” Company who reach their quota will no longer be able to post job ads and will be redirected to their back office when clicking “Create a job ad.”

To continue posting, they can either upgrade to a paid plan or become a university partner (see below) by contacting the relevant Career Center directly.

📩 How “Free Plan” Companies Are Notified Before Blocking
“Free Plan” Company are notified through a series of emails before their account is blocked. They receive a total of three emails: (2 warnings and 1 final blocking notification email)
⚠️ It's important to check spam/junk folders to avoid missing these communications.
Once blocked:
A warning is shown on the back-office of the “Free Plan” Company account
They can no longer publish job ads, but will be redirected to the home page each time they click on “Create a job ad”.
Company linked to an Institution Accounts:
A company linked to an Institution account allows a company to post job ads, promote it's employer brand through the creation of a presentation page visible to students, organize private events and access your talent bank if they are allowed to. This will help them gain spotlight, offering greater visibility on the platform and attracting more student interest.

If a company wants to be partner with your university, they must first create a Company linked to an Institution account. Please note, the partnership level must be configured by the university. If there are no partnership levels available yet, It is crucial to add a partnership level beforehand for your Career Center. To do so, please contact your Success Manager or the Customer Experience team to have it created. Once available, you’ll be able to select it from the list in your back office and assign the requested partnership level to the company.

⚠️ Important Note
It is not possible to convert or merge a “Free Plan” Company Account with a Company linked to an Institution Account, or vice versa — these are two separate account types. If a “Free Plan” Company account wishes to switch to a Company linked to an Institution Account, they must either:
Use a different email address to create the new account, or
Delete their existing “Free Plan” Company Account before creating a Company linked to an Institution Account.
👉 Similarly, switching from a Company linked to an Institution Account to a JobTeaser Client Company Account requires the creation of a new, dedicated account.
