With the new Talents database that is linked to the Email Campaigns module, you can now promote your private events on your Career Center to the right audience while avoiding over-communication.
▼Step 1: Choose the relevant audience for your event 👥
You can pre-select within the detailed filters on the Talents module to which audience your event is most relevant.
Select as many or as little filters as you need, and select either all results or select or de-select individual students one by one.
Once you have a selection of at least 1 student, you see the quick actions on the bottom that allow you to Promote an event.
▼Step 2: Select the dedicated campaign type 📧
In this step, you can select your preferred campaign type. For event promotion, select "Targeted event promotion". You can also use other campaign types to encourage students to update their CVs or profiles using our pre-defined email templates.
▼Step 3: Select the event you want to promote 📆
Select the event you would like to share with your audience of students ; you can select any private event on your Career Center.
Start typing the title of your event and select it from the list. You will be able to verify cover image and detailed dates once you have selected an item.
▼Step 4: Select the language of the email 🇬🇧
After selecting the event you want to promote, you can choose the language in which the email will be displayed.
▼Step 5: Verify your email content and send it 📖
Once you select the language of the campaign you want to send, you are redirected to the email campaign module.
All information about your event is conveniently filled out, so you don’t need to make any further modifications. However, you are completely free to make any adjustments you like, for design, content or even translating the email.
Your email can be sent immediately, or you can program it to a moment you deem most relevant for your students.
How do I know if my promoted event was successful? 📈
Like any other email campaign that you’ve sent, you are able to follow up individual performance on the email campaigns module. Simply click on Email campaigns > Campaigns > The name of the campaign you want to verify to follow individual metrics such as openings and clicks to see if your email was well received by students.
