Manage courses in the appointments module

When creating an appointment type, you can target it to one or more programmes:

When you select, you will have a maximum of 100 programmes from your school available in the drop-down menu.

If your school offers more than 100 programmes, then you will have the option to write the first few characters of the programme you wish to target in order to find it in the drop-down menu.

Please note that these types of appointments will not be available to all students without a programme or from another programme. Please check this setting if a student tells you that they do not see your availability.

If the section is left blank, then the appointment will automatically be offered to all programmes.

Finally, with an administrator or advisor account, you will be able to view all types of appointments in student view regardless of the programmes you are targeting.
