1. I can't select an account to create an advisor profile as an administrator
To select an advisor account from the advisor administration panel, you must first add this person as an administrator or career advisor to the platform. If you can't find the person you want, they don't have an account.
2. I have an administrator account, but I can't create an availability
You can be an administrator/advisor and have a grey box like this when you try to create an availability:
👉🏼 In order to resolve this, you need to contact your super administrator. He/she will need to add you to the list of advisors in the Appointment module:
👉🏼Once this is done, you will now be able to choose your profile when you want to create availability.
3. How to set up an appointment or availability online?
To set up an online appointment, simply create the appointment from your calendar, then select the "remote" option.
You just have to fill in the field below for the appointment to be considered as an online appointment for Front Office students :
👉🏼 Here you can insert a video conference link, the name of the tool you are using, and your phone number or text such as "link to come".
*If you enter the name of the tool or text, then you will need to send the online appointment link directly to the student.
*For both online and on-campus appointment types, you can fill in both fields.
4. How to activate the feature to gather student feedback after each appointment?
For this you should follow the bellow steps:
- Go to the appointments module
- Click on "Appointment types"
- Create a new appointment type by clicking on "add an appointment type" or modify any existing appointment type
- Then activate the button "Gather student feedback"
- You can also add any link to an external tool if you want your students to answer to a questionnaire.
Note: If there is a questionnaire attached, the answers of the students will go directly to the tool (google form) that you added. Jobteaser will not have access to the answers given by the students and it will not be in the statistics module or the exported file of appointment module.
5. What happens when a the "gather student feedback" feature is on but there is no questionnaire attached to the survey feature.
Within 24 hours after the appointment the students will receive this email that asks "Was this meeting useful in your career thoughts?"
The students will have three options:
- Yes
- Not sure
- Non
If the students click on any of these options, they will get directed to this page:
This page says: Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. Your response will help improve future appointments.
6. Where do the answers will go if there is no questionnaire attached to survey feature?
You can find the answers of the students to the survey in the statistics module in the appointment tab:
Example: Here two students said that the appointment was useful about the first appointment type (RDV Français). And One student said that the second appointment type (Test) was not useful.
