The admin accepts the appointment request:
When a student requests an appointment, they can add a message for the admin:
As an admin, you will receives this email:
You can then either click on “ Respond to request ", or go to your calendar on JobTeaser and click on " Accept ”.
You can then add any message you like for the student.
The student then receives this confirmation e-mail:
After this e-mail, the student will receive one reminder 24 hours before the appointment:
The admin rejects the appointment request:
If the administrator wishes to reject the appointment request, he can add a message to the student's attention when he clicks on the “Refuse” button:
And this is the e-mail the student receives:
Since the request has been rejected, there will be no reminder emails.
