Q: Do companies need to have a private company page in my Career Center in order to use the solution?
A: It is not necessary to have a private company page: TalentConnect uses only public company pages. If the company page does not exist, you can create it and the Support team will validate it within 48 hours. ✅
Q: When setting up the solution, do we need to add all the email addresses we have for each company, or is one per company sufficient?
A: Access to the solution is done via the email domain. Therefore, if all participants' email addresses belong to the same domain, you can add one email per company.
Q: What do companies need to do in order to use the tool?
A: Companies don't need to prepare anything: there’s nothing to download or install, and no accounts to create. Send them the link and QR code on the day of the event. They can sign in simply by entering their work email and validating it through the email we send them.
Q: Is it necessary to have access to a Wi-Fi network?
A: TalentConnect can be accessed from all devices, including a phone (or hotspot/shared connection), so Wi-Fi is not strictly necessary, but recommended for smooth connection. 📱

A: No, students just need to provide their first name, last name, or email to allow companies to find their profile and resume in TalentConnect.
