To ensure the success of your event with TalentConnect, informing your students is a key step. To maximize and streamline meetings between students and companies, the only action students need to take before the event is to update their CV and search criteria on their JobTeaser profile (and create an account beforehand if necessary). This information will be visible when they introduce themselves to companies.
Encourage students to share digital CVs, highlighting the environmental benefits 🌱 and convenience (no printing needed!).
Below are various messages you can use to communicate with students.
1️⃣ As soon as you create your event on JobTeaser
If you want to set up mandatory registration, on the event creation or editing page, step 2 “Set up registration,” choose “Registration via JobTeaser”. Add this message in the dedicated fields:
“Add the latest version of your resume to your profile and fill in all your information and search criteria. They will be available to the recruiters you meet on the day of the event. On the day of the event: to share your resume and profile, simply give your first and last name or email address to the recruiter, who will be able to find you instantly.”
Important note: Do not request a CV upload during event registration. A mandatory CV at registration does not update the profile CV and will not affect profile quality for the event day.
2️⃣ Email communication ✉️
You can use the Career Center's Email Campaigns module and your other usual channels (email, social media, etc.) to inform students that TalentConnect will be used for the event. To do so, use the template below:
Hello,
Great news! This year, [School] is innovating. We have selected JobTeaser's TalentConnect solution to digitalize your interactions with companies during our [Event] on [Date]. This solution will be exclusively used by all companies participating in the forum.
On the event day, companies will be able to access your digital CV and annotate your profile directly from their phone, tablet, or computer.
After the event, the companies you met will be able to access your profile and contact you.
No more lost paper CVs or unanswered applications. By sharing your profile digitally, you ensure a response and maximize your chances. We strongly encourage you to prioritize sharing your CV digitally whenever possible.
🔎 What do I need to do now? To use the solution, you need to have a JobTeaser profile and an up-to-date CV on your account. You can create or complete your account, if needed, by following this link.
Make sure to upload your CV to your profile (this is essential!) and complete your information: program, location, spoken languages, etc.

🚀 What should I do on the event day? On the event day, sharing your profile and CV with recruiters at a booth is simple: just provide them with your first and last name, and they will be able to find and access your profile directly.
