To enable companies to connect to TalentConnect on the day of the event, provide them with the URL and QR code for access. You will find these in the TalentConnect tab for your event:
This is a unique, secure URL and QR code for each event, which will work for all companies added to the event during setup. They are necessary for everything to run smoothly on the day, as they are THE entry points for all companies. It is important to provide companies with both entry points:
The URL allows access to TalentConnect regardless of the device used by the company: computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The QR code is there as a complement to facilitate access on tablets and smartphones.📱
They must be made available on the communication channels(s) of your choice on the day of the event: exhibitor badges, welcome envelopes or booklets, stand information sheets, kakemonos, etc.
You can download the QR code in .png format. As for the URL link, you can easily copy it by simply clicking on it or on the “copy” icon, or take a screenshot to print it on a sheet of paper.
By scanning the QR code or clicking on the URL, companies will be taken to the TalentConnect home page. The TalentConnect access page will simply ask them to:
Select your company from the list of companies you have added (see section 3)
Enter your work email address
