If students see an error page with the number 403, it means that they do not have the access rights to view this page.
Two possible causes:
1) You accidentally shared the link to the event's Back Office instead of the Front Office:
If you share the URL of an event from your Back-Office, it will contain the word "backend", which redirects to the admin space that students cannot access.
Example of a wrong link: https://exampleuni.jobteaser.com/en/backend/events/00000-example-event
Please make sure that you always copy the link from the front office/student view when sharing event URLs, or that you remove the work "backend" from the URL:
Example of a correct link: https://exampleuni.jobteaser.com/en/events/00000-example-event
2) The student is already logged into another account on JobTeaser (jobteaser.com or another Career Center).
In this case, the error message will be slightly different:
The student must then follow the procedure below:
- Click on "Here."
- Once redirected to their other account, log out (icon in the top right, then "log out").
