Students: I receive an error 403 when trying to join an event via the link sent by my university

If students see an error page with the number 403, it means that they do not have the access rights to view this page.

In most cases, this is because you have accidentally shared the backend-link to an event.

If you share the URL of an event from your back office, it will contain the word "backend", which redirects to the admin space that students cannot access.

Please make sure that you always copy the link from the front office/student view when sharing event URLs, or that you remove the work "backend" from the URL:

Example of a correct link: https://exampleuni.jobteaser.com/en/events/00000-example-event
