The Talents Module is the Career Center’s primary back-office student database. It empowers Career Services to visualize and filter their student population through advanced criteria to directly engage them via targeted actions.
The feature is accessible from the Career Center back-office, in the navigation sidebar for authorised Career Center users: (cc_super_admin, cc_admin, cc_career_advisor, cc_career_advisor_admin, cc_company_relationship_officer).
With this module, you can:
View a complete listing of all students enrolled in your university to track their individual paths and activity.
Access detailed student profiles, including CVs, experiences, and key activity statistics like job applications and event registrations.
Run pre-registration campaigns to invite students not yet on the platform and track their conversion rates.
Directly engage students through targeted email campaigns using time-saving templates.
Perform data exports for selected groups or individuals to support your administrative reporting.
Advanced Search and Filtering
To help you better target and advise your students, the module offers a modern search interface with deep filtering capabilities.
You can perform a full search using:
- Free text for specific names (First or Last Name).
- Student email addresses for direct identification.
- Program filters to group students by their field of study.
- CV filters to identify students with or without uploaded documents.
- Campus filters to segment your population by geographical location.
- Study level and Year of Graduation filters to target specific cohorts.
- Languages and proficiency levels to match students with international opportunities.
- Specific job search criteria, including Contract Type, Job Categories, Availability, and Industry.
Managing Your Talents
Once you have selected and/or filtered a specific group of students, you can execute precise actions directly from the list view. By selecting one or several students, you can instantly:

Send an email campaign: Use the integrated tool to reach out to your selected students with personalized or template-based messages.

Export a list of Talent: Generate a CSV file containing all relevant profile information for your chosen selection. To enable the export, you must first apply at least one targeting action: either apply at least one filter or manually select at least one student from the list.
- Also, you can access student information to track each student’s individual paths and activity by clicking on a student profile.
- Finally you can encourage your new students to register with the Pre-registration feature: Use the dedicated button to import student emails and invite them to join your Career Center platform.
