The Talents module is your primary tool for managing student populations. Its core advantage is the ability to easily identify and target specific student segments using advanced filters (e.g., by program, campus, or graduation year) or through manual selection.
By starting your campaign from the Talents module rather than the standard Email Campaigns module, you ensure that your message reaches only the most relevant audience, increasing engagement and avoiding over-communication.
Available Campaign Types
When you initiate a campaign from Talents, you can choose from four distinct paths:
Event Promotion: A dedicated workflow to select and share private events from your Career Center.
CV Update: Use a pre-created template designed to encourage students to refresh their resumes.
Student Profile Update: A pre-defined template to help students complete their profiles for better visibility.
Other: The classic email campaign path for any other specific communications you wish to send.
Step 1: Filter and Select Your Audience 👥
Begin by using the detailed filters in the Talents module to identify the right audience.
Apply as many filters as needed (e.g., Program, Study Level, Language).
Select the entire filtered list or manually check/uncheck individual students.
Once at least one student is selected, click the "Send an email campaign" action at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Choose Your Campaign Type 📧
Select the campaign goal that fits your needs:
For event visibility, choose "Targeted event promotion".
To boost student data quality, select "CV update" or "Student profile update" to use our optimized, pre-defined templates.
💡 If it is not an event that you want to promote, you will be redirected directly to the step 4.
Step3: Select the Event (For Event Promotion Only) 📆
If you chose Event Promotion, you can select any private event currently published on your Career Center.
Search for your event by title.
After selection, you can verify the cover image and event details to ensure accuracy.
Step 4: Choose the Email Language 🇬🇧
Select the language in which you want your campaign to be displayed to your students.
Step 5: Review and Finalize in the Email Module 📖
You will be automatically redirected to the Email Campaigns module.
Automatic Filling: For event promotions and pre-defined templates, all key information is pre-filled for your convenience.
Customization: You remain entirely free to adjust the design, content, or add translations.
Scheduling: Send your campaign immediately or schedule it for a time when students are most likely to engage.
How do I measure the success of my campaign? 📈
All campaigns sent via the Talents module are tracked within the Email Campaigns module. Go to Email campaigns > Campaigns and click on your campaign name to monitor key metrics such as open rates and click rates to evaluate student engagement.
