Company: I can't access your permanent talent bank

If a company can't access your talent bank, please follow the process below:

  • Ask your contact the email address used to log in
  • Check that the company has been raised to a partnership level with a talent bank access
  • Check that the email address used by your contact has administration rights for this profile
  • Create an access if this is not the case (Manage company administrators)
  • If the company account is public, contact your JobTeaser's main contact
