This article provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Career Explorer module.
Need more information about Career Explorer? Have a look at our dedicated article: What is Career Explorer?
Prerequisites
- Career Explorer is a paid option. Please contact your JobTeaser contact if you are interested.
- If your institution is equipped with Career Explorer, you must be added to the list of Career Explorer administrators to access the back-office module: ask your JobTeaser contact or our support team for details!
Career Explorer in the student view
- Go to the student view of the Career Center
- In the navigation bar, click on the “Career Explorer” button in the top right-hand corner.
📖 Note: The Career Explorer modules, designed by the JobTeaser teams, are by default accessible to all students. Students can freely register for the content that interests them. However, we strongly recommend actively promoting Career Explorer to maximize their engagement.

Career Explorer in the admin view
Go to your Career Center admin view and click on the “Career Explorer” tab. If the button doesn't appear in your back office, it means that you don't have Career Explorer administrator rights. Reach out to your JobTeaser contact to discuss this.
Once in the Career Explorer tab, you'll find a list of your customized courses, as well as a list of interactive modules available on-the-shelf in both English and French.
You can perform four main actions in the back office:
- Enrol students in customized courses or interactive modules.
- Create customized courses.
- Monitor student progress in customized courses or interactive modules.
- View the content of customized courses or interactive modules from the student's point of view, by clicking on the eye.

A student informs me that they don't have access to Career Explorer, what can I do?
If the student, after clicking on the Career Explorer button, lands on a blank page, make sure they are properly enrolled in a customized course or a JobTeaser module.
To do this, you can refer to the article “Career Explorer: register students to a JobTeaser module or a customized course.”
A student tells me that they can access Career Explorer. However, they don't see any personalized courses on the homepage. What should I do?
You need to check that:
- The content of the customized course has been published in Studio.
- The start date of the course is earlier than today's date in Studio.
- The student is correctly enrolled in the targeted course.
