A student is not registered to the right course

 

If a student is not registered to the right course, they can update it directly from their dashboard.

If the students' courses are automatically sent via SSO and a student is not registered to the correct one, then please:

  1. Contact your IT Team to check out that your database is up-to-date and that the right value is sent out by the SSO
  2. If everything is right on your side, please contact our Support Team: support.careercenter@jobteaser.com
