A student is not registered to the right course

All students must select a study course to complete the profile. This study course can be used by you as administrator to target content to students of a certain course, to display statistics of these courses, and by recruiters to target content to courses relevant to them. It is therefore important that students have the correct study course in their profile.


How do I add the correct course for a student?

  1. As a mass action, you are now able to correct the study course of your students from your back office to make sure that they have access to content that is relevant to them.   2. On an individual level, students can select and edit their courses themselves, so you can ask them to add or correct it (You can share this article with them to help them find it: https://help-students.jobteaser.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360010667279-How-do-I-add-edit-my-study-course-). Please note that if students cannot edit their programmes, they will not choose it upon creating their profile and you must manually perform an import.


If your courses are automatically submitted via SSO, your changes will be overwritten each time students log in. In this case, to correct student's course, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact your IT Team to check out that your database is up-to-date and that the right value is sent out by the SSO.
