A company can no longer access their recruiter account

1. Make sure they use the right link:



2. Give them the e-mail address linked to their account:

    • Go to the Jobs module of your Back Office
    • Enter the company name in the appropriate field
    • If there is an existing job vacancy, click on it
    • You will find the "Recruitment contact" there


3. Ask the recruiter to reset their password directly from the recruiter form:
