To help you streamline your operations and avoid manual data entry, we offer APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
What is an API?
In simple terms, an API acts as a translator between two systems. It allows JobTeaser to "speak" directly to your internal tools (CRM, SIS, or Reporting tools), enabling data to flow automatically from one to the other.

1. JobTeaser OpenAPIs (Free)
Read-only access to your data
Our standard OpenAPIs are free and allow you to retrieve data from JobTeaser to feed your own dashboards or systems. These are "read-only" APIs, meaning they let you pull information out of JobTeaser.
What data is available? You can automatically extract structured data regarding:
🏢 Companies: Lists of companies, IDs, names, and creation dates.
📅 Events: Event details, locations, attendee lists, and organizers.
💼 Job Ads: Titles, contract types, categories, and applicant numbers.
🗓️ Appointments: Adviser schedules (appointments done or canceled/deleted), bookings, and student attendance.
🎓 Courses: Translated names of the course, visibility to recruiters, availability for alumni.
📊 School Statistics: Active users, uploaded resumes, and registration numbers.
Common Use Cases:
Engagement Tracking: Monitor student participation in events and appointments directly in your BI tools.

2. The User API (Premium)
Take control of your user management
While standard OpenAPIs allow you to see data, the User API allows you to act on it. This is a Premium feature designed to solve the problem of manual user management.
The Problem: Traditionally, Career Centers spend hours manually creating, updating, or deleting student and staff accounts. This leads to duplicates, errors, and inconsistent data between your school's directory and JobTeaser.
The Solution: The User API provides two-way control. It allows you to create, update, or delete user accounts directly via your CRM or SIS.
How it works:
Bidirectional Sync: Changes made in your system (e.g., a student graduates or changes programs) are automatically updated in JobTeaser, and vice-versa.
Real-time Consistency: No more waiting for manual uploads; data is always accurate across all systems.
Secure: Fully GDPR-compliant and secure.

Pricing: This feature involves an annual license fee of €5,000 + setup fees of €2,000.
