Here are the main errors that you, your students or your recruiters/companies may encounter on the Career Center:

Error 500
What is a 500 error ?
500 Internal Server Error indicates that the server has encountered an unexpected problem that prevents it from responding to the request.
In practical terms, this means that the server does not know how to respond to your request.

404 error
What is a 404 error ?
404 error: 404 Not Found indicates that a server cannot find the requested resource.
In concrete terms, this means that the page you are trying to access does not exist or no longer exists.

- By selecting all offers in the offer module and then clicking on a particular one
|
- The problem only occurs when several offers are selected, and you click on a selected offer (if you click on another offer not previously selected, the error message does not appear)

- By clicking on a company record associated with an event in the Front Office
|
- This means that the company account you have associated with your event does not have a Front Office record.
- There is no specific action to take
|
- By clicking on a link (e.g. useful link)
|
- This means that the link is obsolete.
- Check the source of your link in the Back Office
|

- By clicking on a company record associated with an event in the Front Office
|
- This means that the company account you have associated with your event does not have a Front Office record.
- There is no specific action to take

- This means that the link is obsolete.

403 error
What is a 403 error ?
Error 403: 403 Forbidden indicates that a server understands the request, but refuses to allow it.
In practical terms, this means that you or the person you are talking to is trying to access content that they do not have permission to access.

- If you get a 403 error when connecting, contact your IT department. This is a configuration problem.

Student |
- By accessing a back office link shared by an administrator (e.g. a link for an event)
|
- Check that the student is not trying to access the back office link for your event and re-share the correct link.
|
|
|
|
Recruiter/Company |
- Attempting to view an offer in the front office (recruiter)
|
- Recruiters don't have this option. They should be told this.
|
- Attempting to access a recruiter's account when they are already connected to the company account of another institution or vice versa
|
- Tell them to log out of their previous account (closing the page is not enough).
- Delete browser cookies if necessary.

422 error
What is a 422 error ?
Error 422: 422 Unprocessable Entity indicates that the server understood the content type of the request and the syntax of the request is correct, but the server was not able to perform the requested instructions
