An administrator can no longer log in

Here are the steps to follow if an administrator can no longer log in:
  • Contact the super administrator
  • The super-administrator will be able to check that the administrator in question has an account and check the email address linked to this account

 

The Career Center has SSO authentication

  • Administrators log in via SSO
    • Try to log in again
    • Send a screenshot including the link and the exact time of attempt to support.careercenter@jobteaser.com

 

The Career Center does not have any SSO authentication

  • Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
