Here are the steps to follow if an administrator can no longer log in:
- Contact the super administrator
- The super-administrator will be able to check that the administrator in question has an account and check the email address linked to this account
The Career Center has SSO authentication

Administrators log in via SSO
- Try to log in again
- Send a screenshot including the link and the exact time of attempt to support.careercenter@jobteaser.com
The Career Center does not have any SSO authentication
- Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
