Here are the steps to follow if an administrator can no longer log in:
- Contact the super administrator
- The super-administrator will be able to check that the administrator in question has an account and check the email address linked to this account
The Career Center has SSO authentication
- Administrators log in via SSO
- Try to log in again
- Send a screenshot including the url and the exact time of attempt to support.careercenter@jobteaser.com
- Administrators that do not log in via SSO
- Check out the url: https:/yourpermalink.jobteaser.com/en/users/sign_in
- Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" if needed
The Career Center does not have any SSO authentication
- Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
