🔽 Export Service - Apply Clicks

Description

This table contains the count of apply clicks. Apply clicks are clicks on the apply button in a job offer. It is the same data source as in the Statistics module within the career center. Specifically, it shows the same data as in the Statistics module of JobTeaser in the theme “Explore student preferences and job ad supply” and page “Analyze student preferences through their applications”

Files structure

There is one file for each calendar year, over the last 5 full years.

Fields:

__school_permalink	String	The subdomain of your institution in JobTeaser. It is in particular shown in the URL of your domain: https://”your_subdomain”.jobteaser.com
contract_type	String	Contract type of the job ad in English (e.g. Internship, Apprenticeship, etc…).
job_category	String	Name of the job ad function (e.g. Public and political affairs, Law / Human Resources). The function represents the type of position.
country_name	String	Country name of the job ad in English (e.g. Denmark, Germany, Spain). It is the country where the position is opened by the recruiter.
region_name	String	Region of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
sub_region_name	String	Sub region name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the sub region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
city_name	String	City name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the city indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
company_name	String	Name of the company recruiting, as published in the job ad.
study_level	String	Value of the student study level. Can take values among the following options: Secondary education level, Under-bachelor level, Bachelor level, Master level, Doctorate & post-doctorate level, Other / no specific study level, Unknown
campus_name	String	Name of the campus assigned to the student in the JobTeaser back office.
year_of_graduation	Integer	Graduation year of the student. Field is manually filled by the student in the JobTeaser’s profile.
date_month	Date	Month as a date format (first of the month) for which the apply clicks are counted.
__year	Integer	Calendar year based on the date_month field (eg. 2024).
programs	Array	Array containing all courses linked to students. This information is fulfilled in the User module.

🔽 Export Service - Job supply

Description

This export provides a monthly overview of job offers available to your students.

It shows the number of job ads published each month, broken down by various dimensions such as contract type, job category, company industry, location, and study level.

This helps you understand the diversity and volume of job opportunities accessible to your students, and identify trends in the job market relevant to your Career Center.

This is the same data as the Explore your job ad supply tab in the Stats Module.

Fields:

Name	Type	Description

contract_type	String	Contract type of the job ad in English (e.g. Internship, Apprenticeship, etc...).
position_category_name	String	Name of the job ad function (e.g. Public and political affairs, Law / Human Resources). The function represents the type of position.
company_industry	String	Industry sector of the recruiting company (e.g. Technology, Finance, Healthcare, Education). This categorizes companies by their primary business activity. This information may not be available if the job ad is not linked to a company profile.
company_business_type	String	Type of business or organization posting the job ad (e.g. Private company, Public sector, Non-profit, Start-up). This helps identify the nature of the recruiting organization. This information may not be available if the job ad is not linked to a company profile.
is_a_job_ad_from_jobteaser_network	Boolean	Indicates whether the job ad is public (visible to all students) or private (visible only to students in your Career Center). Public job ads are accessible across the JobTeaser network, while private ones are exclusive to your institution.
job_ad_language	String	Language in which the job ad is published. This indicates the primary language used in the job posting.
job_ad_country_name	String	Country name of the job ad in English (e.g. Denmark, Germany, Spain). It is the country where the position is opened by the recruiter.
job_ad_region_name	String	Region of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
job_ad_sub_region_name	String	Sub region name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the sub region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
job_ad_city_name	String	City name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the city indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
job_ad_study_level	String	Value of the job offer study level. Can take values among the following options: Secondary education level; Under-bachelor level; Bachelor level; Master level; Doctorate & post-doctorate level; Other / no specific study level; Unknown
type_of_recruiter	String	Category of the recruiter posting the job ad. Can be: "Company": A company with a profile in the company module; "Recruiter": An external recruiting agency; "Manual": Job ads created manually by Career Center administrators; "JobTeaser network job ads": Job ads from the broader JobTeaser network; "Others": Other types of recruiters
school_in_which_the_job_ad_was_created	String	Name of the Career Center where the job ad was originally created. This is particularly relevant for private job ads that are created specifically for one institution.
date_month	Date	Month as a date format (first day of the month) indicating when job ads were active or published. This allows you to track the volume of job opportunities over time.
__year	Integer	Calendar year based on the date_month field (eg. 2024).
nb_of_job_ads	Integer	Total number of job ads available during the specified month, matching the given criteria (contract type, location, industry, etc.). This represents the volume of job ads accessible to your students.

Description

This export provides the number of searches and searchers per keyword.

It shows the top keywords searched by the students of your institution.

Fields:

🔽 Export Service - Searchers per tag

Description

This export provides the total number of searches, per tags.

Only searches with at least one tag are included.

Description

This export contains the count of new registrations in your Career Centers.

Description

This export contains the count of unique active users in your Career Centers.

🔽 Export Service - Email Performance

Description

This export shows how users interact with emails sent from your Career Center, including event newslettersand job recommendation alerts. For each month, it counts the number of emails delivered, the number that were opened, and the number of times where users clicked to view the content or visit JobTeaser. This helps you understand how many people are engaging with your emails and how effective your communications are.

Description

Monthly counts of page views on the Resource module, per article and theme.

It is the same data source as in the Statistics module "Analyze the usage of the Resources module".

🔽 Export Service - Email opt-in

Description

This export shows how many students registered in your Career Center subscribe to job alerts and to the events newsletter, and how those students are distributed across study levels, graduation period, campus, and programmes.

It uses the same data as the Statistics module, under Activate your audience, for Engage your students through emails.

Description

This export shows how many students are registered in your Career Center, whether they have uploaded a CV (résumé), and whether they updated it at least once since last September (academic year) or since last January (calendar year).

It uses the same data as the Statistics module, under Activate your audience, in the Student resume uploads tab.

Description

This export shows how many students are registered in your Career Center and how many of them had at least one recorded session from the start of the academic year (from last September) or from the start of the calendar year (from last January).

It uses the same data as the Statistics module, under Activate your audience, in the Boost Student activation tab.

🔽 Export Service - Partners Reporting Job Ads

Description

This table contains the count of job ad displays, views, and apply clicks for the partner’s job offers. Displays are counts of job ads shown to users. Views are views on the job offer details page. Apply clicks are clicks on the apply button in a job offer. It is the same data source as in the Statistics module within the career center. Specifically, it shows the same data as in the Statistics module of JobTeaser in the theme “Manage company partnerships” and page “Assess the performance of your partners job ads”

🔽 Export Service - Partners reporting Events

Description

This export provides partner events by year. It shows the performance of each events organized by one of your partners.

It matches the Career Center stats module "Assess the performance of your partners events".

registration_type_label	String	Event registration type (e.g. internal registration, external link). Indicates how students can register for the event.
is_online	Boolean	Whether the event is held online (true) or in person (false).
location_region_country	String	Region and/or country of the event location. Combines region and country when both are present (e.g. "Île-de-France (France)").
location_campus_name	String	Name of the campus where the event takes place. Set to 'none' when the event has no campus.
organizer_name	String	Name of the event organizer (school name or company name depending on organizer type).
organizer_type	String	Type of event organizer. Can be 'school' (organized by a school) or 'company' (organized by a company).
targeting_type	String	Event targeting type. Can be 'Targeted', 'Private', or 'Events from JT network'. Indicates which audiences can see the event.
event_type_en	String	Event type in English (e.g. Job fair, Workshop, Conference). Categories the kind of event.
is_jobteaser_event	Boolean	Indicates whether the event is from the JobTeaser events catalog (true) or created outside of it (false).
partnership_name	String	Name of the partnership for partner events. Identifies the company partnership associated with the event organizer.
study_level	String	Value of the student study level. Can take values among the following options: Secondary education level; Under-bachelor level; Bachelor level; Master level; Doctorate & post-doctorate level; Other / no specific study level; Unknown
campus_name	String	Name of the campus assigned to the student in the JobTeaser back office.
year_of_graduation	String	Relative period of graduation for this export (same as partners job_ads). Graduation year of the student. Field is manually filled by the student in the JobTeaser's profile.

nb_of_events	Integer	Number of events at the given grain (year, school, registration type, location, organizer, event type, etc.). Based on event ad counts from the Career Center stats module.
nb_of_event_ad_displays	Integer	Count of event ad displays (event ads shown to users).
nb_of_event_ad_views	Integer	Count of event ad views (views on the event details page).
nb_of_subscription_clicks	Integer	Number of subscription clicks on event ads at the given grain (year, school, registration type, location, organizer, event type, etc.). Subscription clicks are clicks on the button to subscribe or register to an event from the event ad.

🔽 Export Service - Forge new partnerships

Description

This export provides the number of job ads posted by companies in your Career Center and the number of apply clicks on these job ads.

It is the same data source as in the Statistics module within the career center.

Specifically, it shows the same data as in the Statistics module of JobTeaser in the theme "Manage company partnerships" and page "Create new partnerships".

Description

This export provides event volume by year and by targeted school, broken down by registration type, location (online, campus, region/country), organizer, targeting type, event type, and JobTeaser events flag.

Description

This export provides event subscription clicks by year.

It helps analyze the event engagement funnel (subscription clicks on event ads).

event_type_en	String	Event type in English (e.g. Job fair, Workshop, Conference). Categories the kind of event.

Description

This export provides the number of appointments per month.

Only appointments with a status validated, pending or finished are counted.

It also provides the status of attendance of the student to the appointment: present, absent, excused or adviser_absent.

It is the same data source as in the Statistics module "Identify the students who book appointments"

Description

Description

This export provides a global report on Career Explorer module usage per school and per year. It shows the number of students in progress, completed, enrolled in total, currently enrolled, and pre-enrolled for each course. This helps you get an overview of your students’ engagement in Career Explorer.

There is one file for each calendar year, over the last 5 full years.
