🔽 Export Service - Apply Click

Description

This table contains the count of apply clicks. Apply clicks are clicks on the apply button in a job offer. It is the same data source as in the Statistics module within the career center. Specifically, it shows the same data as in the Statistics module of JobTeaser in the theme “Explore student preferences and job ad supply” and page “Analyze student preferences through their applications”

Files structure

There is one file for each calendar year, over the last 5 full years.

Fields:

Name	Type	Description
__school_permalink	String	The subdomain of your institution in JobTeaser. It is in particular shown in the URL of your domain: https://”your_subdomain”.jobteaser.com
contract_type	String	Contract type of the job ad in English (e.g. Internship, Apprenticeship, etc…).
job_category	String	Name of the job ad function (e.g. Public and political affairs, Law / Human Resources). The function represents the type of position.
country_name	String	Country name of the job ad in English (e.g. Denmark, Germany, Spain). It is the country where the position is opened by the recruiter.
region_name	String	Region of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
sub_region_name	String	Sub region name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the sub region indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
city_name	String	City name of the job ad (where the position will be located). This is the city indicated on the job ad and displayed on JobTeaser.
company_name	String	Name of the company recruiting, as published in the job ad.
study_level	String	Value of the student study level. Can take values among the following options: Secondary education level, Under-bachelor level, Bachelor level, Master level, Doctorate & post-doctorate level, Other / no specific study level, Unknown
campus_name	String	Name of the campus assigned to the student in the JobTeaser back office.
year_of_graduation	Integer	Graduation year of the student. Field is manually filled by the student in the JobTeaser’s profile.
date_month	Date	Month as a date format (first of the month) for which the apply clicks are counted.
__year	Integer	Calendar year based on the date_month field (eg. 2024).
programs	Array	Array containing all courses linked to students. This information is fulfilled in the User module.

🔽 Export Service - New Registrations

Description

This export contains the count of new registrations in your Career Centers.

Fields

Description

This export contains the count of unique active users in your Career Centers.

Fields:

🔽 Export Service - Email Performance

Description

This export shows how users interact with emails sent from your Career Center, including event newslettersand job recommendation alerts. For each month, it counts the number of emails delivered, the number that were opened, and the number of times where users clicked to view the content or visit JobTeaser. This helps you understand how many people are engaging with your emails and how effective your communications are.

Manage company partnerships

🔽 Export Service - Partners Reporting Job Ads

Description

This table contains the count of job ad displays, views, and apply clicks for the partner’s job offers. Displays are counts of job ads shown to users. Views are views on the job offer details page. Apply clicks are clicks on the apply button in a job offer. It is the same data source as in the Statistics module within the career center. Specifically, it shows the same data as in the Statistics module of JobTeaser in the theme “Manage company partnerships” and page “Assess the performance of your partners job ads”

source_recruiter	String	Source (type) of recruiter, can be “JobTeaser network job ads”, “Company”, “Recruiter”, “Manual”, or “Others”.
study_level	String	Value of the student study level. Can take values among the following options: Secondary education level, Under-bachelor level, Bachelor level, Master level, Doctorate & post-doctorate level, Other / no specific study level, Unknown

Career Explorer

🔽 Export Service - Global report

Description

This export provides a global report on Career Explorer module usage per school and per year. It shows the number of students in progress, completed, enrolled in total, currently enrolled, and pre-enrolled for each course. This helps you get an overview of your students’ engagement in Career Explorer.

Files structure

There is one file for each calendar year, over the last 5 full years.

nb_of_student_in_progress	Integer	Count of students who have started but not yet completed the Career Explorer course during the period.

nb_of_student_enrolled_total	Integer	Total count of students who have ever enrolled in the Career Explorer course.
nb_of_student_currently_enrolled	Integer	Count of students currently actively enrolled in the Career Explorer course during the period.
nb_of_student_pre_enrolled	Integer	Count of students who are pre-enrolled in the Career Explorer course during the period.

🔽 Export Service - Enrolled students per module

Description

This export lists students enrolled in Career Explorer modules. For each enrollment, it shows the student’s contact info, the module name, the enrollment type (enrolled or pre-enrolled), and the enrollment date. This helps you track who has enrolled in your Career Explorer courses and how.

enrollment_type	String	Type of enrollment of the student in the Career Explorer module. Can be ‘enrolled’ (active enrollment) or ‘pre-enrolled’ (pre-enrollment before the course is opened to the student).

🔽 Export Service - Progress tracking

Description

This export provides individual student progress tracking in Career Explorer courses. For each enrolled student, it shows the course, their name, email, and current progress status (not started, in progress, or completed). This helps you track individual student engagement and identify students who may need encouragement to complete their courses.

🔽 Export Service - Students progress per block

Description

This export shows the progress of students in Career Explorer at the block level. For each enrolled student, it shows the course key, block name, and completion status for every block in their enrolled courses. This helps you identify which blocks your students have completed or not yet started.

🔽 Export Service - Track activity over time

Description

This export tracks Career Explorer activity over time. It shows for each month and school which users were active or learners, with their program(s), and contact info (name, email).

Description

This export tracks learners’ progress in Career Explorer. It shows for each month and school the event type (completed / not completed), course, and program(s) per talent.

Description

This table contains the number of Marco tests completed each month, based on the completion date of the test. The Marco test is a psychometric test available to students in the JobTeaser platform. This export helps you understand how many of your students have completed this test over time.

Description

This table contains the number of Freya tests completed each month, based on the completion date of the test. The Freya test is a psychometric test available to students in the JobTeaser platform. This export helps you understand how many of your students have completed this test over time.
