🤔 Wait, what exactly are “Free plan” companies?
On the JobTeaser platform, employers can have 3 types of accounts, depending on their usage and their relationship with schools / universities:

🇫🇷 For Institutions located in France, employers benefiting from the Free Plan are allowed to publish up to ten (10) job postings in total free of charge over a period of twelve (12) months, across up to five (5) Institutions. This limit applies at the company level, regardless of the number of Users. Once the publication limit is reached, any further publication is suspended for a period of twelve (12) months. At the end of this period, the publication counter is automatically reset.
🇩🇪 Germany For Institutions located in Germany, employers benefiting from the Free Plan are allowed to publish up to four (4) job postings in total free of charge over a period of twelve (12) months, across up to four (4) Institutions . This limit applies at the company level, regardless of the number of Users. Once the publication limit is reached, any further publication is suspended for a period of twelve (12) months. At the end of this period, the publication counter is automatically reset.
🌍 Other regions
For Institutions located in other regions, employers benefiting from the Free Plan are allowed to publish up to four (4) job postings in total free of charge over a period of twelve (12) months, across up to four (4) Institutions . This limit applies at the company level, regardless of the number of Users. Once the publication limit is reached, any further publication is suspended for a period of twelve (12) months. ✨ Improvements to the “Free Plan” Company Experience
To help employers better understand this free offer, JobTeaser is releasing two updates:

A new unified login page for employers.
It has been redesigned to be clearer and to allow employers to sign in through a single link and with the correct account level.

An update to the “Free Plan” company space.
Once logged in, “Free Plan” company users will be able to see their usage and check whether they have reached their annual limit. They will also receive emails as they get close to the limit and once it has been reached.

🇫🇷 In France, JobTeaser will release the following updates on 05/02/2026 :

Please note: the limit of 10 job postings across 5 institutions has already been in effect since January 2025.
🇩🇪 In Germany, JobTeaser will release the following updates on 05/02/2026 :

This update clarifies the messaging and value proposition for employers using the service.

The previous URLsc and https://[permalink].jobteaser.com/fr/company_account/sign_in remain valid and redirect users to the new login page (where “permalink” = the name of your school in the JobTeaser URL)
You can now share a single link with your employers.
Whether they have a Free Plan Company account or an Institution-Linked Company account, they will always log in via: https://[permalink].jobteaser.com/en/recruiter-solutions (where “permalink” = the name of your school in the JobTeaser URL)
In addition, employers using the Free Plan Company service are now much more autonomous in how they use it (usage information, reset date, account reactivation, etc.).
👉🏻A gain in time and simplicity!
No need to answer employers' questions about how this service works anymore: all key information is now available directly in the interface and sent by email when needed.

🔽 New Useful Links Management Feature

Announcement Type: New "Useful Links" management feature
The "Useful Links" feature is evolving to grant you total autonomy over your external resources: configure, organize, and personalize the display of your external links in just a few clicks.
As this feature is now fully configurable directly from your Career Center platform, our support team will no longer handle requests to add or modify useful links. This gives you full control to organize the display of your useful links with complete independence.
🤔 Wait, what exactly are “Free plan” companies?
Useful links are resources or external partner links that you choose to display in the Student View.
Until now: Your JobTeaser point of contact managed these for you.
With the new version: You have full control directly from your back-office.
⏱️ Rollout Schedule
We have opted for a progressive deployment:
Mid-February: The new version of Useful Links becomes available. You can choose to keep the old version for a two-month transition period if desired.
Mid-April: The new version will permanently replace the legacy version. Please note: if you haven't configured your new links by early April, the legacy useful links will disappear from the Student View.
👨💻 User Journey Walkthrough
Accessing the "Useful Links management" feature
Go to the "Useful Links" sub-menu under the "Configuration" module.
You will land on the link management console.
Adding my first useful link
Click on “Add my first link”.
Fill in the following fields:
URL: The external destination (or SSO link).
Visuals: Link Title, Description, and Logo (You can select a logo from the options below or the logo from the URL you entered above).
Translations: Add translations if your Career Center is multilingual.

Click "Create."
Your first link is created!
It is not yet published in the Student View.
Adding a suggested link
To save time, you can use a pre-filled template.
In the management module, click “Add a link.”
Select a "Quick add suggestion" from the right side of the interface, such as “Career appointment”.
The content and translations will populate automatically. You can edit any field before clicking “Create.”
Your suggested link is created!
Modifying a useful link
Once a link is created, click on it to access the edit screen.
Modify the fields and click “Save.”
Your link has been modified!
Deleting a useful link
Click the “Delete” button next to the link.
If it was previously published, it will automatically disappear from the student interface.
Organizing the display
Once you have added at least two links, you can reorder them using quick actions to prioritize the resources you want to highlight.
Publishing useful links
Once configured, toggle the “Publish” switch to make them live in the Student View.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the Student View to update.
Warning: As soon as you publish, the current "School_Name Resources" section (JobTeaser default links + custom links previously managed by your rep) will be replaced by your new autonomous links. The “About the team” section remains unchanged.
Visualizing the new display
Log into the Student View to see the new professional interface with partner branding and icons.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the Student View to update.
Restoring the previous version
If needed, you can revert to the old version by clicking the “Unpublish” button.

Gain Autonomy over your activity reporting
We are excited to announce the launch of our new secure Data Export Service.
This service provides JobTeaser Career Services with a robust export functionality, allowing you to download the vast majority of the data displayed in the Statistics Module. These files can be accessed either directly via your user account on the platform or through an API.
These exports are designed to empower you to build your own custom dashboards and conduct in-depth analysis of your Career Center's performance.
⏱️ Timeline & Activation
Availability: The service goes live on February 16, 2026.
Activation: This service requires a dedicated secure user account. Please contact your JobTeaser representative, who will handle the creation of your credentials.
👨💻 How to Download Your Career Service Data?
1. Receive Your Access Credentials
Once your account has been configured by our teams, you will automatically receive your login credentials.
2. Log in to the Platform
Connect to the secure export platform (the link will be provided with your credentials) to access your personal space. You will be prompted to change your password during your first login.
3. Download Your Data
In just a few clicks, download the export files corresponding to your institution.
💽 What Data is Available?
Available indicators are organized according to the themes found in the existing Statistics Module on the JobTeaser platform. Exports are structured by theme and indicator:
Explore student preferences and job ad supply
Apply Clicks: Corresponds to the number of clicks on the "Apply" button for job postings.
Activate your audience
New Registrations: Total count of new students registered on your Career Center.
Monthly Active Users (MAU): Number of unique students active on your Career Center during the month.
Email Performance: Analysis of user interactions with emails sent from your Career Center, including event newsletters and job alerts.
Manage company partnerships
Partners Reporting (Job Ads): This table contains the count of job ad displays, views, and apply clicks for partner job offers.
Career Center - Guidance
Marco Tests: Tracking the number of students who have completed the Marco psychometric test over time.
Freya Tests: Tracking the number of students who have completed the Freya personality (soft skills) test over time.
Career Explorer
Progression status of each course for every student.
Completion rate of each module for every student.
Data breakdown of students per course according to their progress level.

Do I need to install specific software? No, access is via a secure web platform. You can use the files (CSV format) in your usual tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

We opted for a progressive rollout:
Early February: The new version of the Appointments module is available. However, you can choose to switch back to the old version if necessary for a period of one month
Early March: The new version of the Appointments module will permanently replace the old version.
✨ What this changes for you
Although the features and your work habits remain the same, we made a few improvements:
1. A modernised appointment management interface
Actions are now better structured to improve the management of your availability and that of your team:
You can easily change your appointment view (calendar view vs. list view) using the link next to the page title.

All configuration actions (Management of advisors/consultants, appointment types, and welcome message) are located behind the “…” button.
2. An improved UX when configuring an availability

To avoid any confusion for students and limit missed appointments, we added a tip for advisors when configuring availability.
3. Reinforced prevention of student absences

New prevention messages were added to the student interface to encourage early cancellations. The goal is to reduce missed appointments, thereby freeing up slots for other students and respecting advisors' schedules.

The USER module has been a key module for the Career Center for years.
Career Center users requested several new improvements/features
The tech stack behind the module is outdated, which has limited our ability to develop new and expected features.
To address this, we have developed the new TALENTS Module which will replace the User module, scheduled to be phased out by end of March 2026.
Your historical data from the Users module is automatically synchronized with the Talents module.
🗓️ Rollout plan
1️⃣ Starting 11/03/2025: The Talents module now offers new features, while the Users module will remain available for the time being. This coexistence will allow you to transition smoothly to the Talents module.
2️⃣ End of March 2026: JobTeaser will permanently remove the USER module.

We added improvements and fixed Talent Module limitations that were identified in 3 novembre 2025.

📤 You can now search for your students by email
In addition to the ability to search by first and last name, and using additional filters to refine your search, you can now search for your students by email.

🖱️You can now access appointment details directly from the student's profile.
From the student's profile in the Talents module, within the Appointments and notes tab, you can now click on an appointment to be redirected to its specific details.
If you wish to take notes for the student, write them directly in the student's appointment details and an email will be automatically sent to them.
If you want to take notes visible only to career services members, write directly in the Appointments and notes tab of the student's profile in Talents.
As a reminder, all notes you previously took in the Users module are automatically synchronized with the notes in the Talents module.

💼 Jobs activity are now available in the student profile yet
In the Talent Detailed and Overview views, the listing of jobs where the student applied, as well as the apply clicks figure, are now available.
