Your company is about to use TalentConnect by JobTeaser for an upcoming corporate event (forum, conference, etc.).
✅ As usual, you can create the event on the Career Center and add the companies involved. Students will then be able to consult their company page and their internship and job offers.
🎉 In addition, thanks to TalentConnect, companies can also digitalize their meetings with students:
On the day of the event, they can access students' digital CVs, rate and annotate their profiles, and so on.
After the event, they can access the profiles of the students they met.

🔎 What do I need to do now? Simply inform your colleagues to ensure they bring their phone, tablet, or computer. To promote an eco-friendly event, paper CV exchanges will be kept to a minimum during the forum.
🚀 What should I do on the event day? There’s nothing to download or install, and no account to create. On the day of the forum, a link will be provided to your company representatives on-site, allowing them to use the solution by simply entering their professional email address.

After activating TalentConnect, I'm redirected to the solution's home page.
I then follow the steps below:
1. 🏢 I add the companies taking part in the event
I add the companies participating in the event by entering their email address in the field "your contact's email address" . I am then presented with the corresponding companies.
When searching the companies, you will have three options:
- Email found in database: System displays the associated company
- Email domain matches companies: System displays companies with matching email domain
- No matches found: Admin select from company list or create a new
If I'm not sure which company to choose, I prefer companies with a logo and the most appropriate name.
2. ℹ️ I add the e-mail addresses of my contact points
I add the e-mail address of at least one company contact. We advise you to add company contacts as they become available.
3. 📩 I send the emails
I send each contact the email informing them that the solution will be used for the event:
- by clicking on the “Send email” button, contact by contact
- or by selecting all or some of the contacts, a “Send email” button will appear at the bottom of your screen.
I can choose the email language (FR or EN) and the email signature with the heading of my choice before sending.

A reminder email is sent automatically D-1 before my event. I have nothing more to do.

NOTES:
Adding companies to TalentConnect is independent of Adding a company to the event page. But both procedures are useful:
- Add companies for TalentConnect - mandatory: this allows recruiters to choose the company to which they belong in order to start using the solution on the day of the event. This step is ‼️ ESSENTIAL ‼️ for using TalentConnect.
- Add a company to the event page (via the “Associated Spaces” functionality - optional: this displays the companies present at the event so that students can go and consult their content (page, offers etc.), and makes your event visible in the company's back-office. This step is optional when using TalentConnect, but it does enhance the experience for your students.
STEP 4️⃣ - Informing students
To ensure the success of your event with TalentConnect, informing your students is a key step.
To maximize meetings between your students and companies, the only action your students need to take before the event is to update their profile CV and search criteria on the JobTeaser profile (and create an account beforehand if necessary). This information will be available for consultation when they present themselves to the various companies.
Below you'll find various messages to use when communicating with students.
1. As soon as you create your event on JobTeaser
I inform my students that the TalentConnect solution will be used for the event, and that updating their CVs and search criteria is key. To do this, I inform them right from my event registration page.
- 💡 Where can I insert this message in my JobTeaser administrator space to inform my students?
I'm logged into my JobTeaser administrator space and go to the Event section. On the page for creating or editing my event, in step 2 “Set up registration”, I choose the 3rd option “Registration via JobTeaser”. (see screenshot)
At the bottom of step 2, I find two fields to fill in to further inform my students when they register. I copy and paste the message template available below into the corresponding fields. Keep the message concise and to the point.
ℹ️ We advise you not to ask for a CV to be uploaded when registering for an event (option available in the form in step 2). Adding a mandatory CV for the event does not update the CV in the profile. However, it is the student's profile CV that recruiters will be able to consult.

STEP 5️⃣ - On D-Day, I communicate the access links to the solution
Once TalentConnect has been activated at your event, I can directly retrieve the access URL and the associated QR code to add it to the various media I'll be using on the day.
- I have a unique, secure URL and QR code for each event, which will work for all the companies added to the event. These are necessary for the event to run smoothly on D-day, and are THE point of entry for all my companies.
- The URL enables access to TalentConnect regardless of the hardware used by the company: computer, tablet or smartphone. The QR code complements it to facilitate access on tablet and smartphone.
- I make them available on the communication media of your choice on the day of the show: exhibitor badge, welcome envelope or booklet, stand sheet, kakemono, etc.
- I can download the QR Code in .png format.
- I can copy the url easily by simply clicking on it or on the “copy” icon.
What will my exhibitors have access to on the day?
Each exhibitor will be taken to the TalentConnect access page, which simply asks them to :
- Enter their company from the list of companies you have added
- Enter their professional email address The contacts you have entered for each company will have easier access to the tool.
- Accept JobTeaser's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
NB: If I'm logged in as a school or university administrator, it's normal that I can't view the content of the url. You need to be logged out or have Enterprise access.

What actions are required of companies?
Prior to the event, no preparation is required for companies: nothing to download or install, and no account to create. On the day of the forum, you can provide them with a link to access the solution, from which they can use it simply by entering their business e-mail address.
